Terms of Service — Infulinks

Welcome to Infulinks ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Infulinks and by creating an account — including by checking the acceptance box during registration (clickwrap agreement) — you ("User", "Creator") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Description

Infulinks is a creator portfolio hosting service. We provide tools that allow registered users to build public-facing profile pages and post links to downloadable content hosted on third-party servers. Infulinks does not host, store, upload, or distribute any downloadable files. All content posted by users consists solely of metadata and external URLs submitted by the respective user.

2. User Accounts & Clickwrap Agreement

To post content on Infulinks you must create an account. During registration you are presented with a mandatory acceptance checkbox. By checking that box and clicking "Create My Portfolio" you:

Confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Agree to all terms stated herein.
Acknowledge that your agreement is recorded electronically and is legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content — Your Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT YOU POST ON INFULINKS. This includes, without limitation:

All titles, descriptions, images, screenshots, and download URLs you submit.
Ensuring that every link you share points to legally distributed content — i.e. content that you own, have a license to share, or that is freely and legally available.
Ensuring you have the right to use any cover images, logos, or screenshots you upload.

Infulinks acts solely as a passive hosting service for profile metadata. We have no knowledge of, and exercise no editorial control over, the third-party files that your links point to. Any legal liability arising from the nature of those files rests entirely and solely with you.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree that you will NOT use Infulinks to post, link to, or promote:

Pirated software, games, movies, music, ebooks, or any other copyrighted material for which you do not hold distribution rights.
Malware, spyware, adware, viruses, trojans, or any harmful software.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors.
Content that incites violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
Gambling services without applicable licenses.
Any content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to remove any content that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law.

5. DMCA & Intellectual Property

Infulinks respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content posted on our Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request as described in our DMCA Policy.

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights will have their accounts terminated.

6. Platform Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

Remove any content that violates these Terms or any applicable law.
Suspend or permanently terminate any user account.
Cooperate with law enforcement or rights holders by disclosing user information as required by law.
Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFULINKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER-POSTED CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS.

Infulinks is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any content linked to by our users. You access such content entirely at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infulinks and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; or (c) any content you post on the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
